Data Center
The PARKOVYI Data Center is a Ukrainian data center designed and built by Schneider Electric.
The PARKOVYI Data Center is the only one of commercial data center in Ukraine that has been awarded the TIER III Certificate by the Uptime Institute, which is in line with the International TIA 942 Standard.

Certified TIER III Data Center

The TIER III reliability level means that any components of the engineering infrastructure of the PARKOVYI Data Center can be taken out of industrial operation to repair or scheduled works without interrupting the provision of services to clients. That is, obtaining such a Certificate guarantees the duplication of all active equipment along with cooling and power supply channels, with telecoms and internet connections. Therefore, during preventive maintenance, repair or servicing and even in case of unforeseen circumstances the Data Center continues to operate without any interruption.

Network Infrastructure
Full compliance with TIER III level. All engineering systems have at least one (N+1) set of redundant equipment, multiple channels for power supply and cooling distribution, redundant provider routes, redundant backbone conduits and its own optical network.
Architectural Excellence
The Data Center was built in full compliance with high-level reliability requirements, as evidenced by the Certificate from the Uptime Institute. It is a standalone building without external windows around the perimeter of the machine rooms, equipped with video surveillance, diesel generator sets and separate rooms for uninterruptible power sources.
Scale
The total area of the PARKOVYI Data Center is 2,715 sq m. Out of its 930 sq m are occupied by 17 machine halls capable of accommodating 400 modules with the client`s equipment. 13 shielded halls with a total area of 480 sq m have additional protection against external electric, magnetic and electromagnetic fields.
Energy security
The Data Center is ensured by being connected to two independent power supply sources with a capacity of 4 MW each. Energy security is guaranteed through duplication of power distribution blocks in a 2N configuration, as well as the presence of autonomous diesel generator sets with a total capacity of (3 + 1) 1.7 MW each.
Reliability and safety of structures
All internal premises are equipped according to the building-within-a-building principle. Diesel-generator sets are located in a separate building and have fuel storage tanks (20+20T). The load capacity of the floor is 1500 kg/sq m. There is a backup power supply from UPS to air conditioners, IT equipment and the pumping group.
Cooling and Fire Extinguishing System
The temperature and humidity levels of all datacenter`s rooms are constantly monitored and maintained. The dual-circuit cooling system is reserved according to the N+1 scheme. The special VESDA System based on aspiration sensors is equipped with an autonomous gas Fire Extinguishing System based on the innovative Novec 1230 gas, which does not harm health and IT equipment.

Certificates
The PARKOVYI Data Center has successfully passed SAP certification and confirmed its compliance with the highest operational standards of the German company by obtaining the SAP Certified Provider of Cloud and Infrastructure Operations certificate.
The PARKOVYI Data Center is the only one of commercial data centers in Ukraine, which has a TIER III Certificate from the Uptime Institute. The Data Center was built in accordance with the project documentation based on the international standard TIA 942.
The PARKOVYI Data Center has received a Certificate of compliance with the CSIS (Comprehensive Information Protection System) of the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection.
The Certificate ISO/IEC 27001:2022 confirms that our clients and employees work within an information security ecosystem that complies with international standards. The 2022 edition enhances resilience to cyber threats and improves the protection of personal data.
An additional enhancement to the information security of business processes and services at the PARKOVYI Data Center was achieved by obtaining the Certificate ISO/IEC 27701 international accreditation from IAF and IAS.
The Certificate ISO/IEC 9001:2015 defines requirements for the quality management system of providing data center services (server equipment hosting, cloud services, software as a service).
The "PARKOVIY" data center successfully passed the examination and confirmed the compliance of the data center with the TIER III Facility reliability level according to the Uptime Institute classification, which meets the international standard ANSI/TIA-942.
