The SPLA program provides for temporary use licenses (subscription licenses) that can be used throughout the term of the agreement.
Microsoft SPLA products are licensed mainly to the processor / core or to the user, which allows you to choose the most appropriate type of licensing, which in turn saves you money.
By the number of processors. Under this model, the Processor License allows an unlimited number of users to access the software that is installed on this processor.
