There is a highly qualified technical service at the facility around the clock, which monitors all important parameters of the CDC and, if necessary, is able to promptly take measures to eliminate any unusual situation.

For customers of the CDC, round-the-clock support is provided by the service department, whose specialists are able to provide professional advice and provide comprehensive assistance in the process of exploiting the client leased resources – not only engineering infrastructure, but also active equipment, software, etc.
